Pros
People: The people that I work with are not only exceptionally talented, but they are also humble and a pleasure to work with which is extremely rare. Everyone works in unison and has one common goal in mind which is ensuring our customers' continued success as well as our own. Product: Since I have been at Allbound we have seen many further enhancements in the platform which goes to show the dedication that our Product & Engineering Teams have in maintaining our position as the leading PRM. When they say it is coming and when, it is coming and then! It's refreshing to work with a reliable team. Culture: The organisation does not take lightly the work-life balance of its staff. Yes, we work very hard, but the importance of time outside of work is important. I also see a lot of sharing with the group experiences outside of work, with other employees taking a genuine interest in the lives and well-being of others. It's great to see.
Cons
I do not get to meet my colleagues face-to-face that often due to the current pandemic. At the same time I recognise the importance of this approach to ensure the safety of both our staff as well as our clients.
