Pay is below industry averages. Turnover is incredibly high due to the way the owner treats admin employees. Company is in it's third generation of family ownership and it shows. Owner thinks he knows better than the professionals hired to do their jobs, so expect to be made to go against best practices for your profession in favor of owner's hunches. Owner has a distinct lack of respect for women at all levels. If you lack self-respect and are okay with being treated like garbage by the kind of person who was given everything in life but wants you to think he's a hard working, blue-collar American you'll thrive here. Otherwise avoid at all cost.
