Pros

AllWorld is good in allowing its employee to create and expand as they see fit within their roles. It is a place where you can grow fast while still having some autonomy over your work. It is too the point where employee tend to have more care than it appears the owners do.

Cons

-This is not a place where anyone should be employed for more than a year. The aim should be to get as much experience as possible and to use that experience to expand in other places. - The benefits could use some improvement. To be frank, they are ancient concepts for employee retention and are not competitive or current with market trends. -The pay is abysmal, which is another reason why this is not a long term employment option. -Technology is outdated and so is the building, another reason why they are so behind on some of the task and so many people are needed for the manual work which updated technology can eliminate. -Changes are fast and not entirely rational, the company and its employee are subject to the sporadic and often emotional decision of the company's owners. - There does not appear to be a concrete structure or an establish chain of command with management. -Inexperience and ill equipped individuals are placed into positions purely because they are there. -There is little to no access to the CEO unless you are among a select few and given this is a small office, its a bit unnerving.

Pros

The staff at HQ is always very responsive with emails and taking calls. My service agreements are always sent to me before assignments with all the information I need for the assignment. My payments are processed in a timely manner.

Cons

The company does not provide direct deposit and not all checks clearly state what assignment is covered in that payment.

Pros

Pay was competitive, when there was no formal interview to be hired it should have raised a red flag.

Cons

Firstly I should mention I was offered a contract for employment which was rescinded less than 24 hours after I signed on with the company. Three months later I was offered the same contract over again, and out of desperation, I accepted. Though the pay was good, it didn't make up for their gigantic lack of other benefits (matching 401K, FSAs, career development, etc). Terrible paid time off plan (less than 10 days in a calendar year, and no sick time allotted for, and it was cumulative). In order to be vested in their profit sharing plan you need to work for the company for a minimum of 5 years. Most contracts last three, and if they're not extended / renewed this removes any of their profit sharing responsibility. My project manager did nothing to go out of their way to help me with any problems or issues, most times my phone calls and email messages would go completely ignored (even for urgent issues). When finally addressed it would never be an answer in favor of the employee. If you choose to work for this company be prepared to feel like you're just a revenue generator. If I could give them less than a one-star rating, I would. For the record, I was NOT fired from this company, nor was I laid off.
