Leadership of the company is an absolute joke. Unless you yourself are on the leadership team, you don't actually know what is happening at the company. They stress this idea of open communication, but sugar coat everything and fail to share the actual truth. IMO most employees who actually understand what is going on at the company have zero faith or trust in the leadership... look at other recent reviews, the company has been on a downward trend the past year or so.
