      Co workers were awesome, schedule was flexible, overall lax place to work

      Leadership had no idea how to run a business, pay was not fair, lack of structure lead to confusion and production suffered because of it

      Collaborative team, great employees

      Cons

      The management has zero foresight, they cannot accurately forecast the industry and it has led to layoffs and distrust within the company. Ideas will be taken with zero credit allotted, and you will be looked over if you are not within the inner circle.
