I have been employed with AllSeason Solar for almost 6 years now and what a great time I've had so far. I started from the bottom of the totem pole as a young kid, working my way up to a management position with help from the owner himself. The owner is truly a great guy and only requests that you be a good, hard worker. He really pays attention to his employees and sees the hard work you put in, always giving back tenfold. The office is always a great place to be at and the perks (free coffee, breakfast, lunches) it comes with is enough motivation to keep you coming back each day! Being in this office for 6 years I can truly say the employee reviews you see are lies and this company bends over backwards to please the employees.
