      Pros

      The location is nice. There are a lot of places to shop and eat at. There are assigned parking spots for the employees which is good because you always have a place to park. STEM Professionals will have an excellent opportunity to have people represent them in getting employment in the field. You get to connect with people and companies all over the nation.

      Cons

      I have been here for just over a month. Still new for now. (Not a necessarily a con) just have not been here that long.

      Work from home is nice

      Cons

      Churn and burn, rinse and repeat. The upper management sets expectations that recruitment cannot hit without proper sales support, leading to PIPS, with no ideal solutions besides to keep doing what you’re doing, which means failure.
