Pros
It is a great company if you are European and you want to teach English to children. They are fair and nice. The admin respond quickly and they help you if there are problems. The demo lessons are paid. The material is provided and they offer courses to improve your teaching skills.
Cons
The pay is low in the current economy, but given that most company pay like this, or less, and that you work from home and you don't have to prepare your own material, it is pretty fair.
