      Flexible and lots of resources to learn. Team management pipeline into ticket system with advanced Agile system. Task is assigned to individual and watch by project leaders.

      Cons

      Lack of senior roles thus end up poor senior management. Have to be independent and fast learner to adapt the project pace.

      - Pay is good and negotiable for a freelancer - Hours are flexible - Management is friendly

      Cons

      - Management doesn't seem to have a good grasp of managing the teams for certain projects. Had many on-the-spot changes done during my time there. Made work unnecessarily stressful. - Past developers inadequacies passed down to our team which made the work more difficult than was necessary.
