Pros
Amazing office space with their own Lounge, Gym, Studio and Theater. The vibe is casual, friendly and downright fun at times. The people were some of the most talented professionals I've ever worked with and were always willing to lend a hand. Most of us became friends and would hang out together after work. The client list had a lot of big name brands which was great for my portfolio.
Cons
Not all of the work we did was glamorous and some of it was just plain boring. There are obviously late nights and weekends, but in my experience, that's expected at any agency. My biggest problem with ATM was a lot of the less experienced staff members that assumed all of the perks were expected. Some spent more time focusing on what's wrong rather than appreciating what's right. As a seasoned professional who's been around the block a few times, I've seen how bad things can be. It was frustrating to watch my co-workers complain about management while they sat on leather couches, in their employee lounge, playing video games. SMH.
