No Raises - Residential Dispatcher All Temperatures Controlled Employee Review

The management is a failure. They only focus on making money but don’t care about their employees. Several employees that have been here for years and have not gotten raises. The biggest issue is no performance reviews to get a raise. They only add to your job and force you to do more work without offering more money. The computer is growing and making more but they fail to show that to the employees. If you call out sick and have no sick time they automatically use your vacation time without telling you.
