      Pros

      I'm secure in my ability to achieve my objectives. This is an industry i love working in and i feel the company has soooo much potential going forward.

      Cons

      Mosty staff are unhappy and not secure enough to say something about it. Like the other reveiw says, the feel disconnected and unapreciated.
