uncontrollable schedule, unreasonable pay, incompetent middle and lower management, on-call 24/7/365, no hourly/monthly/annual salary, drastically fluctuating income, insufficient instruction on new procedures, insufficient software, no advancement opportunities, no benefits (PTO, product discounts, insurance options, etc)
