Pros
There have been many changes in both my life and in All-Guard in the past 20 years so I have experienced a little bit of everything and I still can't imagine working anywhere else. I have learned so much, I work with an amazing team and I believe in what we do.
Cons
The biggest con would have to be my old commute but after 7 years of a 1 1/2 hr commute (each way) the company moved closer to my house, literally cutting my commute in half. Thank you! Other than that there have not really been any cons, if something comes up we fix it the best we can and turn it into a pro.
