      Pros

      If you’re looking to get into fundraising, all for one is the way to go. They offer great hands on training, ample opportunities for advancement and bonus incentives, and are extremely flexible in terms of scheduling life events outside of work.

      Cons

      incentives can be a bit delayed. you have to consistently remind management of promised incentives to receive them in a timely manner.
