Pros
I'm very fortunate that my job allows me to work remotely from home, and as we know, remote work isn't always stable. Many companies out there offer work-from-home opportunities but oftentimes, employees are recycled for one reason or another. But not All Filters. I've been with the company since 2020 and joined during the height of the pandemic. Not only did they give me a stable and fulfilling job, but they gave me a home. All of my peers here are lovely to work with, the management is fair and understanding, and the owner is very kind and generous. This company will only continue to grow, and I'm proud to be part of it and its success!
Cons
Like all companies, there will always be room for improvement, that's how we grow and be better, but the management and the owner have always been open and ready to listen. And because of this, we're able to work through these obstacles and find solutions.
