Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about our work environment. We strive to provide a positive workplace environment, as well as support for our employees to ensure they have access to learning and development opportunities to help them continue to grow within our organization. We understand that not everyone is happy to leave, but we strive to be as transparent as we can with data. We are a growing company, and as such change is a constant, but good, narrative. We strive to ensure that our employees have work life balance, including revamping our PTO policy to include more time off. We just also moved into a brand new office, and have asked our employees to use it more. Lastly, we also ensure our employees are able to give us feedback at any time, including a yearly engagement survey.
