The notice period is 60 days, after resigning i have a complete notice period of 60 days, the Project Manager and the Delivery Head said that I have to stay and finish the project. After finishing the project I will relieved, i enquired that if the projects gets extended then what, the management told that you have to stay and finish, we don't know. I left the company on 61st day and the management didn't gave me the releiving letter. As there is no releiving letter maximum company refused to do so. I told the management but all in vein.. I would suggest all my friends/colleages/associates/subordinates please please don't join All e as this will ruin your career. I think they are very bad in Resource management or may be does not want to .... I am afraid that if this continues then the end for this company is very near....
