Pros

None, this job is very damaging to the resume and yourself

Cons

Literally everything. Poor management, poor business processes, and just poor communication. The pay was high but hours were constantly cut or you weren’t guaranteed a specific amount of hours. The job itself was just reheating partially cooked foods and sending it off to delivery drivers who constantly misplaced orders or were very unreliable. The staff members were rude and very clique-y if you weren’t overly friendly, they were going to harass you about it until you quit or got upset and caused an issue that would obligate them to “separate” you or cut yours hours completely. There were updates and process changes nearly every two days and no one knew the correct process ever. They took away the meal discount we had very slowly, and also had us throw away the “expired” food instead of taking it home. Barely any of the upper management/corporate people have experience in the food industry and you can literally see that this company was just some tech guys seeing how they can insert themselves as a 3rd party and make some quick money before their plan failed. The turnover rate was terrible, as they fired many people, and there is no real work. This company is a joke and will not be in business for long because they’re more than likely gonna face a lawsuit soon due to the fact that the food handling is extremely poor. Do not trust the positive reviews, because more than likely, those people are not even at the company any longer. Since this company is small, any issue you have, will be swept under the rug by the HR staff and you will be let go

Pros

None, unless you like working 19 hour days from 8:30am to 3:00am,.. getting 3 hours of sleep due to the turnover and call-outs.

Cons

The corporate office and certain Field Operations Managers will hire someone to replace you before they give you their bogus "30 day Action Plan"... (for working hard and doing a great job in a toxic environment) basically setting you up for failure. The HR team supports these kind of unethical and illegal actions.
