Pros

You kind of learn new stuff if you work NOC, but its really a sweat shop for IT Its all remote now

Cons

Pay is cheap Once your department gets merged with another - all you do is change / unlock password all day. The pay here sucks I left after 3 years and got a 25,000 pay hike increase from another company. Management sucks here High turn over 30 min calls - you have to read a stupid script that takes 15 min with a user who barley knows what your asking for OT - Yup - They will work you to death You will need to kiss someone butt to advance, so always stab your cow-worker in the back. Thats okay Your direct manager dont really know tech, refer over to your L3 or pass the ticket to a angry on-call guy who hates his life because you woke him up at 3am. Its a good place to work while looking for something better. Dont stay too long, you may become a drunk or drug addict lol

Pros

All Covered has made a concerted effort to re-establish itself as a Managed Services Company and move from out from under the umbrella of Konica Minolta US, which owns All Covered.

Cons

Changes are moving moving quickly, yet not quickly enough for the fast moving IT field.
