Worst management - Systems Engineer All Covered Employee Review

Management have little or no tech skills. If you ever ask questions, expect no answers. They are overloaded with managers who just monitor and micromanage you and put you down daily. Company have high turnover rate of good employees. Only few good ones left. Tier 4 have little tech skills so don't expect any learning growth. All solutions are bandaid and they can't ever fix issue permanently. Pay is very low and don't expect much of raise. It's very toxic environment, so don't be surprised if you question your own mental issues.
