Pros
I enjoy working with my co-workers other than that this place is toxic. The leadership team has no desire to assist with anything. All they want to do is entertain the image of the organization because they never have the bandwidth to support staff.
Cons
Leadership sucks! The people that can assist you with the work they speak so bad about them you don't want to approach them. They dump work from other teams on you when they fire people or people leave the organization. The turn over rate is crazy. Don't get to close to anyone they maybe gone the next week. I don't believe they are trying to end homelessness because they never include the people that do the work in important conversations. There is no work life balance at all because it's consistent work, calls, and meetings.
