      Pro, paid holidays! They are good with making sure you get your 40 hours if you are a full time employee.

      Cons

      No benefits. You get moved around a lot as an aide. A lot of the staff love to try to stir up drama with other co-workers.

      Pros

      The best reasons to work for All About Learning is to see the children grow. The other amazing reason why to work there is because of the holiday spirit when the holidays comes around.

      Cons

      The downsize of working for All About Learning is the pay rate is really poor and the management is not the best.
