More support from the start of employment would be a great change.

No pros for this company.

At the beginning of the pandemic, owner did not take it seriously, leaving doors open to the public and causing an outbreak in the office. Company does not want to give you any pay raise year over year, and try to find any way to not do it. Will not work with you if you are a single parent as many of my coworkers were forced to bring their kids to work during the pandemic instead of being at home with their kids and being able to work from home when the capability was there.
