Pros
Some of the pros are that it's a small company, so you know all of the workers, and all of them are friendly. It is easy training, Pay is nice. Bosses are nice, but can get annoying sometimes.
Cons
Hard work, tiring work as well. There is only a small window of work because of the type of gym.
