Pros

Salary on time , free transportation service

Cons

1. There is favoritism in everything, only those who nod to everything that their manager says would be considered as best employees, there is no value for your skills or expertise. 2. Poor HR policies, and unstructured business. B.com graduate can be manager of a CA. 3. No work life balance office timings are 1:30 to 10:30 after which manager expects you to login and stay awake till 4/5 am to be in his good books. 4. There is no job security, they lay off employees whenever they want. Notice period is very subjective, they can release in 8 days they can hold for 3 months. 5. Manager talks about incentives and variable pay in public and threatens you directly/ indirectly. As if its coming directly out of his pocket. It feels like you are working on wages. 6. Forget about professionalism, very uncultured and uncivilized people to work with. 7. They do not let you to take any decision, they have control on everything you do. You need permission of your supervisor to send teams message or an email. In this frustrating environment they expect you to grow, be bold and move fast ( these are company values is what they preach) . Move fast is only one which I personally found useful and I moved out of the organization :D

Pros

There are some good people at Alkegen who really want to make a difference. Too bad those individuals aren't in senior leadership.

Cons

Alkegen's biggest con is its senior leadership and how they create a toxic work environment of micro managing their subordinates. I've seen some very toxic behaviors from leadership that I've never seen before in my career. I understand getting the job done, but people do have lives outside of work, and leadership doesn't seem to care at all. After dedicating your entire life to Alkegen, management decides no one gets a bonus next year. Besides that, their benefits were terrible, only offering a high deducible PPO with a small contribution to an HSA. My copay and deductible went through the roof. The unlimited PO is not really unlimited, since you're never allowed to disconnect since you're not afforded a work-life balance.
