      - No career plan/training for junior people - Salary raise stuck at inflation rate - Undersized Human Resources - Very undersized Immigration Services

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
