Pros
Great smart people, quick fast paced environment, client interaction from the first day for all levels of staff. Low base but compensates for it with overtime.
Cons
No formal learning. No handholding. Some of the folks are micromanagers which is why it is important to pick the directors who you will be working for. No choice in the case that you want to work for. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE.
