      Cons

      Compensation is difficult to negotiate, and focuses primarily on a bonus at the end of the year over a base salary.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
