      Great work - life balance, interesting projects and supportive environment, growing company with personal career growth

      Cons

      Constant traveling, if you’re not an experienced hire it will take you a lot of time to move up, good salary for Consulting (low % bonus)

      Pros

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
