      Pros

      This is simply put, the best job I’ve ever had. It’s rewarding with interesting and impactful work. It’s consulting without all the bs of consulting.

      Cons

      Processes such as End of year review, expenses and others need to be simplified.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
