      Work was fine and somewhat interesting

      Cons

      Didn't have a great culture. Demeaning and at times absurd behavior from several employees. Not great pay either

      Pros

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
