Abusive, chaotic and unprofessional management and directors, swearing and profanity are common place here, most of the people working there are only there because they could never possibly land a job anywhere else, a lot of employees can't even speak English or actually perform the job they are paid for. Night shift can be a nightmare as you are alone and sometimes the workload is overwhelming, also they computer system handling the voicemail system is prone to failures resulting in more swearing directed at you as the person in charge of them is nowhere to be seen and even refuses to attend the site when big problems occur. Abusive customers who are fed up with years and years of terrible service, they take it out on you as you are the one answering the phone.
