Pros

* Located on the water, close to the Blue Line and Green Line and only 5-10 minute walk from the Red Line * Right off of the Greenway * The office space is very nice * All the internal teams work very well together * Snacks, Coffee, Tea * Fast Paced * Good Benefits * Many (Excellent) Lunch Options * Good Work / Life Balance * Cutting Edge Technologies * Room to Grow * Agile * Opportunity to work on numerous projects for many different clients * Next to a Starbucks

Cons

Alipes is an Agency. This means deadlines and quick turn around times on projects. It's not high pressure all the time but it's not possible to avoid pressure altogether. This is the nature of the business.

Pros

- Opportunities to learn different skills in a flat organization. - Great benefits and decent pay considering it is an agency. - Mature, respectful, professional, and familial environment. - Work ebbs and flows.

Cons

- If you don't like fast-paced work and client services, you still won't like it here. - It is a small team, so you have to advocate for yourself and make your own growth. - Work ebbs and flows.

Pros

I interned here for a summer and thought it to be one of the most enjoyable and valuable internship experiences I had. The work given to me was meaningful, not busy work. My supervisors genuinely cared about what I was doing, what I could bring to the table, and trusted me with real tasks. The level of responsibility also increased throughout my time here, which to me was nice because many other internships I've had have been unstructured or static. Additionally, the people here are wonderful. I still maintain relationships with the people I worked closely with and they genuinely want you to succeed. If you get the chance to intern here, I highly recommend it!

Cons

It's a small office, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It allowed for a lot of hands-on experience and opportunities to grow.
