      Direct Management was good, realiable.

      Cons

      Changes in upper management affected everybody below without any consultation whatsoever. A lot of repressed emotions across the floor from workers that had no saying in the change of operations.

      Pros

      Good team to be in to get an understanding of the energy industry and most functions of the company. Hybrid office/wfh policy.

      Cons

      New activities come along and can't always get early full picture/understanding due to ongoing workload
