Pros

Some great people, people and patient focused on the whole. because they are niche and focused on IBD mostly they are experts in this TA.

Cons

Training for new staff is not ideal, have very limited SOP's, use WI in place of SOP. PM structure is not at all robust, teams tend to work in silos, and communication, particularly from PM team is very patchy. Every study is run differently because there are no robust processes in place

Pros

A great place to work! The culture is collaborative and supportive, with a real emphasis on maintaining work-life balance. Flexible summer hours and a 37.5-hour work week are excellent perks. Social clubs foster connection across teams, and the company is growing with a strong and respected reputation in medical imaging.

Cons

As the company continues to grow and scale, there can be some resistance to change at certain leadership levels. At times, new perspectives from employees with different backgrounds may not be fully embraced, which can make it harder to introduce new ideas.

Overall: A challenging environment with high burnout risk due to ineffective leadership, lack of support, and
