      Pros

      - High flexibility of work (number of hours, time when the job is done, the total workload, etc.) - fully remote possibility - access to the latest (highly priced) AI models - collaboration with other domain experts (only from top tier institutions) - supporting community and team members that are always there to guide you through all issues you encounter - thorough feedback

      Cons

      - sometimes long waiting time for external feedback (outside of Aligned Labs control though)

      Pros

      I have been at Aligned Labs since April 2025 and it has been a standout workplace. The team is genuinely friendly and I always feel supported. Projects are interesting and challenging, help is available whenever you need it, and leadership is open to feedback. If you love AI or want real experience in the AI domain, this is a great place to grow

      Pros

      I have worked with the team at Aligned on a project for around 6 months now. It has been a great experience. This is one of the best work environments I've ever been a part of. I feel like the support and resources are there for when I need them, but I'm not micromanaged at all. It's great to be able to do interesting work in a flexible, remote work environment with people who value the effort you put in. Based on my experience, I can't recommend working with them enough!

      Honestly, I don't have anything negative to report in my experience with Aligned Labs up until this point.
