Pros
I have greatly enjoyed working for AlignLife for the past 6 years. I have been given the opportunity to work my way up from a part-time shared position to a management position within the company. My experiences have pushed me to challenge myself professionally and continue to grow my knowledge base within my field. My employers support me personally as they honor my responsibilities to my family and allow me the flexibility to manage my home life as needed. They care about me as an individual, not just as an employee. They believe in creating a positive work environment in which teamwork to achieve company goals is highly supported. They encourage me to take care of myself and motivate me to be healthy and productive. All of these qualities have helped make my experience as an employee of AlignLife very rewarding.
Cons
Even though my job can be stressful at times, I appreciate the fact that this high paced work environment pushes me to work more efficiently and to see obstacles as opportunities to challenge and better myself both personally and professionally.
