I would say that the only pro is that the role is remote. However, you are glued to your computer with hardly any time even to take a lunch between calls and solution work
Cons
a glorified call center role. the emphasis is quantity over quality. not enough support on member calls and the responsibilities are continuously growing without pay increases to reflect the additional responsibility
