Pros

Benefits, coworkers, work from home for now

Cons

This job is heavy client facing. Not one or two but easily 10 plus. To keep up, you will have to work 45+ hours a week and if you don't then they will blame you for it. The client is always right and DAs are often the scape goat. This company was taken over by Alight but you will see similar posts of ridiculous work expectations under Hodges Mace. Training is even more terrible and culture is bad. Turnover is high and people are leaving or plan on leaving soon. Even veterans ( which is sadly 3 or 4 years) are leaving. Q4 is demanding season for DAs and there is no PTO for Thanksgiving or Christmas. There is no reason to come here and take on this stress.

Flexible work environment, ability to work autonomously or in a team, variety of tasks, time flexibility, training policies

Cons

Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
