Pros
I think at the top it's all positive. There are a lot of great leaders... but in the middle you have a group of people only interested in status, money, KPIs and looking good.
Cons
IT is a nightmare. So many systems, none of them are good and IT service desk is terrible. A lot of red tape and bureaucracy. It's "process over people". Claims to be a great place to work remotely but technology does not support that. HR is terrible. More interested in process than people. Finance will always do the bare minimum to help you.
