Hard workers are identified and often fast tracked. Flexible schedule, work from home capabilities.
Cons
No work life balance. Low pay. Not all managers are bonus eligible, though they are managing highly profitable enrollments and implementations. Despite early promotion, growth felt stagnant. High turnover rates. No corporate culture. Many colleagues work virtually (work from home) 100%.
