PTO is pretty decent 401k investment options are solid Good career opportunities (outside of customer service) Manageable work loads and flexibility to work from homemade (provided your not in customer service) Good support team and encouraging environment (provided your not in customer service)
Cons
Incredibly difficult for get into a different role. If your starting in customer service requesting time off can be a nightmare. Benefits are very below average especially when you consider that Alight is a benefits administration company. Pay raises are are very minimal most of the time hardly exceeding national inflation rates.
