Pros
I like my current team because my management sees value in me and allows me to actively suggest process improvements and to participate in implementations for the client company. As long as your are productive and are showing results, management is flexible with working arrangements (hours, telecommuting).
Cons
Canadian operations is an afterthought (no HR presence) After the divesture from Aon, Canadian benefits package is much less generous Annual merit increases are stingy (barely keeps up with inflation) Contributor positions are not eligible for annual bonuses because these positions are overtime eligible Senior management has made some questionable decisions recently
