      Pros

      I started when it was Aon Hewitt, and they, somehow, were pro-employee. Now, everyone is on their own.

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, San Juan colleagues have to fix all mistakes done at other offices even though, we are underpaid. Room to grow? Good look with that as favoritism is like the spirit of the company.
