To be very honest I do not see a single pros in this company
Cons
They want a rocket scientist in perks of a janitor. They are least bothered about the employee. They will promise many thing and will show wonderful picture up head but in reality there is nothing promising in this company no job security no work life ballance. Huge disparity at same level in terms of work pressure as well as salary.
