HR Manager - Anonymous employee Alight Solutions Employee Review

Alight Solutions is the outsourcing business, formerly a part of Aon Hewitt. Joined Alight around 3 months ago, after being with Aon for 12 years in various roles, in different parts of the business. My role in Aon wasn't part of the sale transaction and volunteered to join Alight. 3 months in and this is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Working in the UK (England) and EMEA. However right now this review is being written while I sit in a great team meeting in Chicago US, around a table with colleagues from the US, India, Poland and Canada. A truly global, collaborative team! Also visited Poland Krakow a few weeks ago. Alight is agile and flexible and we are challenging the status quo. Looking to simplify processes, not in any way making them less complex or intuitive, just finding better ways to do things and get the job done, with less red tape with a thinking forward approach. The last 3 months have flown by!
