Pros

Can’t think of anything at all

Cons

They haven’t hired a lot of people so it’s always busy. They make us do so much work we have to help this other department yet don’t get paid enough for it. We do double the work with not much pay. And they expect us to make cases and reach back out to the customers when we have back to back calls if you don’t you can get fired. Only offers full time
