The salaries are decent for the industry

I experienced pretty much everything that was cited in previous reviews. Cliquey -almost unfriendly- team, poor team communication and constant micro management makes it a difficult place to work. The job becomes almost robotic with no opportunity to show skill or use creative thinking. Unnecessary stress and panic caused by poor /no planning. Unwillingness to bring real positive change. All of this makes for a high turnover with people using the company as a stepping stone rather than a place they want to stay... The company doesn't offer any benefits either.
