Sadly, aligent had gradually lost its way since starting to grow from a 30-employees agency to 100+. The toxicity, micro-mangement and systematic gaslighting are hidden under a false kind leadership style. A concerning number of intimidated employees, who suffer from silenced anxiety. It takes years after leaving aligent before it hits you you've worked for an abusive workplace. Leadership tracks employees' time by the minute, and there are very few growth opportunities. Choose elsewhere if you care about your mental health.
